Delphi Technology Solutions, Inc. is a privately owned information technology consultant firm based out of Lawrence, MA and privately owned by James J. Trombly. Delphi T.S. has over 14 years of solid performance in providing software and network solutions to public safety entities and other customers and agencies. Established in 2003, Delphi T.S. specializes in consultation, design, project management and implementation of new and existing network infrastructure, database management and support on several platforms also providing ongoing support for all applications after the installation. Delphi has handled several Microsystems, IMC and QED major upgrades and installations and has extensive experience with SQL, pervasive databases, Microsystems, Pro IV, IMC, QED, Microsystems and Operating Systems such as Windows, SCOUnix, Unix, Linix and others.

Delphi was first contracted for services to Woburn, MA PD in 2003 and from there has contracted with more than 15 agencies and towns for network infrastructure design, database management, maintenance and implementation services. In addition to network contracts Delphi developed Digital HeadQuarters (DHQ) software as a customizable software solution for information and communication flow. The first DHQ deployment was to Woburn PD in 2005. Since then, Delphi has deployed custom SharePoint systems for various agencies such as NEMLEC, NERAC and others. Delphi has deployed DHQ in 5 states – over 60 PD’s in Massachusetts. Delphi has had extensive experience on larger deployments of SharePoint’s enterprise version, partnering with the MA State Police Commonwealth Fusion Center since 2006 to present and the Rhode Island State Police Fusion Center.
