Today, Delphi Technology Solutions installed Digital HeadQuarters at the Concord Police Department,www.concordma.gov, in Massachusetts.
A large component missing in the Concord Police Department’s infrastructure was a need for sensitive law enforcement information to be shared with police officers at roll call without sharing the information with their fire department. Their current option was to use their CAD RMS system which couldn’t decipher between a police or fire login and therefore would show the user all of the roll call information.
Digital HeadQuarters will allow the police department to have their own location for storing roll call information and other sensitive law enforcement information. The police department is now able to centrally store information from any source including shift reports, crime reports, surveillance videos, roll call, BOLOs, crime alerts and more.
Another great feature of DHQ is everything is indexed and cataloged for easy searching. An officer can search by keyword and return information from every part of Digital HeadQuarters in a matter of seconds. A powerful tool for investigations!
